Due to road closures, all cars will have to arrive between 7-8am and be parked on site until conclusion of the event at 1.00pm for the planned grand exit procession.

The Lockyer Valley Regional Council requires that entered vehicles be appropriately presented. All entered vehicles will be eligible for the People's Choice Award. The Laidley Spring Festival Show ‘n Shine has the right to refuse entry at any time. The Vehicle access point will open at 7am and will close at 8am. No vehicles will be able to access the Show ‘n Shine venue after 8am. All entered vehicles must remain on display until 1:00pm (or 30 minutes after the conclusion of the presentation.) A trophy and/or prize will be awarded to the People’s Choice winner, Supreme Car of the Show, and category winners. Prizes not redeemable for cash.
By submitting this form, I agree to participate in the Laidley Spring Festival Show ‘n Shine in a responsible and respectful manner. I accept all risk and liability arising from exhibiting my vehicle(s). As a condition of entry, I indemnify the Lockyer Valley Regional Council, the Southern Cross Charities, as well as its members and agents for all claims, demands and actions including losses and expenses arising from the exhibition of my vehicle(s).
