CATEGORIES:
Best Small Residential Garden – must cover an area less than 100m².
Best Rural Garden – must cover an area greater than 1000m². This can include the whole garden or a part of it.
Best Community Garden - must only use volunteers working together to plan and manage the garden.
Best Business / School / Commercial Garden - (Includes gardens professionally maintained)
Can be of any size, and include places of worship, hospitals, industrial properties, businesses, nursing homes, schools, community areas, retail premises and hotels.
Best Novice Garden - first time entered garden in any category.
PRIZES:
Grand Champion - $500 Pohlmans Nursery prize voucher and inaugural perpetual Heather King trophy.
Category Winner – $150 Pohlmans Nursery prize voucher.
Category Runner-up - $75 Pohlmans Nursery prize voucher.
