After a standout debut in 2025, this vibrant space is back and better than ever, shining a spotlight on the incredible growers and producers who make the Lockyer Valley the salad bowl it is. These are the real stars behind our region’s fresh, flavour-packed produce, and this is your chance to meet them, hear their stories and shop their products straight from the source.
Settle in with a bean bag, roll out a picnic rug or grab a shady seat and enjoy live cooking demonstrations celebrating the very best local ingredients. Our guest chef (announcement coming soon!) will transform Valley produce into drool-worthy dishes with signature flair, sharing stories, tips and plenty of laughs along the way.
