Welcome to the Producer’s Patch!
This vibrant new space is all about celebrating the Lockyer Valley’s incredible growers and producers – the real stars behind our region’s amazing fresh food. And to stir things up even more, we’re thrilled to welcome beloved celebrity chef Matt Golinski to the patch on Saturday 13 September for three live cooking demos at 11am, 12.30pm and 1.30pm.
Grab a bean bag, throw down a picnic rug or pick a shady seat and watch Matt work his magic. He’ll be transforming local ingredients into drool-worthy dishes with his signature flair – all while sharing stories, tips, and laughs along the way.
