The Lockyer Valley Regional Council will not be liable for, or indemnify you against or respond to, any claims made for damage or injury suffered by you or a third party while participating in the 2022 Open Garden Program. You should take your own advice regarding your insurance position, but it is recommended that you notify your own insurer of your intention to participate in the scheme. 2. By signing this entry form you understand and agree to the 2022 Open Garden Program terms and conditions. Unsigned entry forms will not be accepted. 3. This promotion is offered in good faith and does not give rise to any legal dispute and is binding in honour only and can be cancelled at any time without notice. 4. Participation in the 2022 Open Garden Program shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Queensland and the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Court of Queensland and all Courts competent to hear appeals there from. 5. Entries close on Friday 19 August 2022 at 5.00pm. 6. The promoter is the Lockyer Valley Regional Council ABN 52 673 165 312
